there is no such thing as "ect" (google search it if you don't believe me)
It drives me crazy. So think about it next time.
I had to learn it too. I used to write it that way, but then I realized it's actually etc, not ect.
Every Thread Counts = ETC which is a store in HR. It's how I learned. Think of another mnemonic if you need to.
